  • All Products and Services that are created/offered prior to affiliation with thecheatcode.pro shall remain under your rights

  • Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheCheatCode.pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the vendor’s provision of services.

  • Either party may terminate the vendor agreement for any reason upon written notice to the other party.
  • Upon termination, vendors shall promptly return any materials, equipment, or information belonging to TheCheatCode.pro and cease all further provision of services.
  1. Governing Law:
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
